Media Technical Support- Los Angeles, Ca- Contract

Job Title Responsibilities:

  •  The contractor will support our Media Specialist as a front-line technical resource for both  internal operational teams as well as external Content and Fulfillment Partners around  the globe delivering content.
  • We have a large ecosystem of partners that  deliver thousands of digital video, audio, subtitles, and other assets to us on a daily basis.
  • The contractor will help these partners by providing light support through our ticketing  system when they encounter delivery-related issues.
  • The contractor will be paired with a  Media Specialist, who is focused on innovative and strategic advances in our technical  troubleshooting space.
  • Additional responsibilities include doing research to ensure that our partner delivery  metrics are accurate, making sure all support tickets are being directed to the  appropriate cross-functional teams whenever applicable, resolving partner issues relating  to our Backlot delivery portal, and publishing content to our Partner Help Center.
  • The contractor should expect to work 40 hours a week, 8 hour days, in order to  maximize timezone coverage, since we regularly receive technical support tickets during  the European and Asian workdays.  Requirements:
  • Experience with common OTT file formats, such as ProRes, TTML, WAV, etc.
  • Understanding of video encoding, subtitling, and QC workflows
  • Strong desire to support the investigation and troubleshooting of media related  issues
  • Passion for teaching and collaboration; distilling technical details down to relatable terms and definitions
  • Ability to communicate and interact with vendors on a global level and frame  projects with sensitivity to cultural diversity and industrial variation
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks with high-quality execution
  • Self-motivated and can effectively manage and prioritize workloads
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Some experience working in the Entertainment Industry
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or other similar ticketing platform

Order Management Analyst- Contract Position in SF

Order Management Analyst

The Order Management Analyst owns the process for processing and activating all submitted partner and partner marketing orders in accordance with our functional SLAs, WW Sales Operations policy, and all company compliance policies. In addition to the standard Sales Support responsibilities, the ISV Order Management Lead will also be responsible for optimizing our business processes; calculating unit pricing and compensation transactions to ensure accurate timely commission payments; building and monitoring reports and dashboards; internal customer issue resolution; contributing on special projects; and training for new employees.

This position will also grow to help drive continuous improvement of our controls to deliver tangible process improvements and strengthening of our controls framework. We are looking for a candidate who also has experience in compliance, process management and controls. Order Management Analyst Responsibilities: 

  • Manage an order management territory and deliver on order processing within SLA
  • Review submitted contract and order forms for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to company’s sales order acceptance policies
  • Process contracts and orders and ensure all documentation is in compliance with revenue and company policy
  • Manage provisioning/delivery issues
  • Calculating PNR (Percent Net Revenue) for proper review of unit pricing.
  • Complete compensation transactions to ensure accurate and timely commission payments.
  • Work with Partner Operations/Partner Marketing/Alliances assisting in account reconciliations for customer billing investigations and disputes
  • Validate New/Add-on/Renewal Opportunities for Sales forecasting
  • Act as the “Go To” for questions around process, policy, and applications
  • Provide routine reporting and analysis on team operational metrics
  • Review and audit partner orders to ensure documentation is in compliance with revenue and company policy
  • Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base
  • Contribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and procedures.
  • Establish strong relationships with Sales, Renewals, Collections, Adjustments, Compensation, Rev Rec., Legal, and other internal resources as appropriate
  • Build out training material in SOP format for provisioning process
  • Train the Order Management team on provisioning basics
  • Manage quality assurance initiatives related to order management work

Order Management Analyst Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working in Sales Operations or Order Management
  • 3+ years working with CRM platforms with focus on order management and reporting/analytics
  • Aptitude with data collection, compilation, analysis and presentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate well both verbally and in writing, ability to

understand and explain complex business issues; ability to think quickly and critically

Data Center Technician/-Contract- Santa Clara, Ca

This position will be responsible for the following:

  • Execute on day to day operations of the data center, including monitoring of power, space and environmental conditions against SLA provided by the collocation vendor.
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs and upgrades on servers and networking hardware
  • Backup tape maintenance (swapping, logging, storing/shipping)
  • Engage vendors for hardware problems covered under existing support contracts
  • Accept incoming shipments and track server assets through deployment
  • Moving equipment within our data center locations
  • Facilitate equipment shipments for moves and RMA (un-rack, crate, ship)
  • Inventory control for servers, components and cables
  • Assist in planning and optimization of data center space, working with network and storage teams to optimize port utilization and cable runs
