AV Support Technician- Los Angeles, Ca-Contract


● White glove AV Support for onsite meetings and events

● Work with meeting organizers and partners prior to, the day of, and during  meetings to gather requirements and ensure success

● Live Event operation and AV support for offsite events

● Ability and flexibility to travel, in order to assist with offsite events and maintain  consistent AV experience in field offices

● Coordinate preventative and reactive AV support and maintenance for onsite  events spaces

● Maintain and support AV systems that support internal meetings and seminars

● Maintain AV backstock inventory and Live Events equipment within the region

● Support Video Conferencing endpoints and service

● Assist onsite AV Engineers with projects and events: plan, organize, and schedule  crew, equipment, and activities required to meet specified deadlines

● Colleague meeting support and User Adoption Training (includes creating  knowledge base articles, and quick reference guides)

● Maintain AV service level agreements and commitments


● Minimum 3-4 years of Live Events experience as a Stage Director, Technical  Director, or A1/V1 technician

● Must have technical experience to handle event production and operation

● Must be detail oriented, a good communicator, and self-driven

● Articulate in communicating ideas, concepts, and directions clearly and concisely

● Must be able to manage and work with others on many different levels

Cloud Operations Support Associate-Graveyard Shift- Redwood City, Ca


Essential Duties & Responsibilities – 

  • You will be working in a hybridized Service Desk/NOC environment, many times requiring the ability to simultaneously manage conference calls, ability to type quickly to capture conversation data points and sending out notifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have excellent time management skills; the ability to multi-task across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Knowledge of basic home networking, router and common network topologies (i.e. WiFi).
  • Ability to work with electronic devices: comfort with disassembling/reassembling, rewiring (Training to be provided)
  • Other tasks as assigned

Education, Job Knowledge, and Skills

  • Associates Degree (or higher) or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of basic home networking, router and common network topologies (i.e. WiFi).
  • Communication both verbally and written

Hours Sunday-Thursday 9pm to 6am

Helpdesk Support-CtoH- Ukiah, Ca (Real Estate)

Technical Support Role –

Days are spent providing tech support for agents and appraisers and assisting walk-in customers. Duties will include providing technical support on all MLS software that we offer. This role is innovative and will include embarking upon new technical projects and programs that will require creativity and progressive thinking.

Training role – Instruct in a classroom of up to 10 students three to four days per month. Trainings may also be scheduled in real estate offices within our areas. Work with training team to develop course outlines and presentation content. Stay on top of the latest real estate technologies to be an effective teacher.

  • Real Estate knowledge helpful, but not required
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills; comfortable with public speaking – Ability to quickly learn real estate industry specific software and mobile applications
