IT Helpdesk Role in Santa Rosa, Ca! 2-3 mo. Contract

Knowledge of:

  1. Desktop hardware
  2. Desktop deployment tools
  3. Microsoft Professional Office Suite
  4. Internet browsers
  5. ShoreTel Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone system
  6. Security for networks and desktops
  7. Principles, practices, and techniques used in training staff
  8. Developing standard operating policies
  9. Principles, practices, and techniques of technical problem resolution
  10. Windows operating systems
  11. Working in a Team


Ability to:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service
  2. Coordinate work activities across departments
  3. Establish and maintain effective working relationships
  4. Follow instructions both orally and in writing
  5. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
  6. Troubleshoot network connectivity
  7. Develop training material (syllabus, coursework, outlines, visual aids, etc.)
  8. Communicate effectively
  9. Prepare clear, concise, and accurate documentation
  10. Be flexible and adaptable to continually changing environments

Pay Rate-$30/hr.
