Automation Contractor 

Completing automation testing tasks to ensure functional test coverage:

·       Create new automated tests using a GUI-based automation framework

·       Maintain/update existing automated tests

·       Debug test failures, and escalate regressions to appropriate developers

3+ years’ experience in a QA role
2+ years of Automation experience
BS or MS in an engineering field 

Proficient in creating Automated Tests 
Proficient with Bug tracking tools like Jira
Experience with Linux or Unix based systems
Experience with Version Control systems like Git
Experience in defining Testsuites/Testcases
Experience with at least 1 programming/scripting language

Engineering Technician-Biotech-4-6 month Contract-Pleasanton, Ca


* Support engineering development activities including but not limited to design, fabrication, assembly, modification, and test of complex electro-mechanical medical instruments, assemblies, and components

* Build and test R&D prototypes during the engineering development lifecycle

* Support transfer of development instruments to manufacturing

* Support test and fixture development for laboratory use

* Support Reliability, Verification and Validation Testing

* Provide routine calibration and maintenance of Laboratory Instruments


* Associate’s degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred)

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Demonstrated ability to perform mechanical, electrical, and/or system level troubleshooting, leading to the identification of root cause and corrective action of instrument failures

* Demonstrated proficiency with hand tools, precision measurment equipment, soldering, crimping, electrical test equipment, and/or machine tools

* Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematics

* Knowledge of CAD package(s) is preferred

* Experience working in a regulated environment is preferred

* Multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment

Manufacturing Technician- Contract-Sunnyvale, Ca

        Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·         Operates equipment to manufacture and test SLM products.

·         Operates various production equipment.

·         Inspects, measures, and tests wafers.

·         Inspects, measures and tests modules to determine if in-process or finished modules meet specified performance criteria prior to shipment to the customer.

·         Optical alignment of lasers to devices.

·         Records test results in logbooks.

·         Discusses test results with engineers and contributes to solving production problems.

·         Helps with the analysis and writing of reports on testing results.

·         Recommends improvements.

·         Routinely interacts with engineers and vendors.

·         Documents processes.


·         Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent from college or technical school preferred, with 3-5+ years related experience and/or training.

·         Experience with basic test equipment such as voltmeters and oscilloscopes.

·         Experience with microscopes (metallurgical/bright field/dark field/phase contrast) to inspect wafers.

·         Hands-on experience working in a fab/cleanroom and wearing bunny suits and personal protective gear.

·         Extra consideration given to those that have direct experience with conducting experiments and an understanding of SPC and process control.

Pay Rate-$35/hr.
