What You’ll Do

  • Partner with our Engineering leaders and drive the full-cycle recruiting process 
    • Manage all aspects of the recruiting process from starting a requisition to offer stage
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and formalize needs, determine diverse sourcing strategies and actively engage with candidates
    • Engage active and passive talent through resume screening, outbound sourcing, networking, referrals, events, etc.
    • Build strong, diverse pipelines of quality talent for various positions across all departments
    • Keep candidate experience at the forefront and leave every candidate with the best impression of our company
    • Advise leadership as a subject matter expert for building out engineering teams

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience full-cycle recruiting for Engineering roles 
    • Experience with using creative sourcing strategies to hire a variety of Engineering roles 
    • Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced collaborative environment
    • Adaptability and flexibility to switch gears with changing priorities
    • Strong sense of urgency while being highly organized
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse workforce


  • Experience hiring both Hardware and Software Engineers 
    • Experience sourcing diverse technical candidates and or ramping for operations candidates
