Technical Support/Client Services-6 month Contract-Foster City, Ca

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Tier 1 support for all end-user technology while in-person or via email and Slack.
  • Deploy and maintain end user computers and peripherals.
  • Maintain printers and conference room equipment.
  • Assist client services engineers with special projects to increase efficiency or security.
  • Potential travel required to support various locations within the Bay Area.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT Support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Google Apps products, or similar platforms.
  • Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Windows OS (7, 8.1, 2008 Server, 2012 Server), Ubuntu, and Mac OSX troubleshooting experience preferred.
  • Experience with Jira / Confluence or similar ticketing and wiki services preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, queue, and other assignments; excellent in time management.

Pay-30-35/hr.
