Technical Support/Client Services-6 month Contract-Foster City, Ca
- Provide Tier 1 support for all end-user technology while in-person or via email and Slack.
- Deploy and maintain end user computers and peripherals.
- Maintain printers and conference room equipment.
- Assist client services engineers with special projects to increase efficiency or security.
- Potential travel required to support various locations within the Bay Area.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT Support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Active Directory, Google Apps products, or similar platforms.
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Windows OS (7, 8.1, 2008 Server, 2012 Server), Ubuntu, and Mac OSX troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Experience with Jira / Confluence or similar ticketing and wiki services preferred.
- Ability to prioritize workload, queue, and other assignments; excellent in time management.
