Material Handler-San Jose, Ca- Contract


As the Materials Coordinator, this individual will have responsibilities of receiving raw materials, production orders and FGI units; support transfer of material for production builds from all warehouse locations; process all revenue and non-revenue shipments from facility to achieve 100% on time delivery; complete daily cycle counts and control all statuses of inventory to support goals of >98% warehouse accuracy and >99% dollar accuracy; ensure compliance with established procedures and guidelines; Utilization of material handling equipment (pallet jack, carts, dollies, etc) to move material; perform a variety of complicated tasks with wide degree of creativity and latitude. 

Core Job Responsibilities – (Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following):

  • Receives all incoming materials either through Auris ERP system (SAP) or completes daily receipt log.   Labels all production material.  Scans and files all documentation daily.  Resolves any PO discrepancies or receiving problem log issues
  • Pulls and kits any parts necessary for production builds and FGI packaging units.   Completes production order issuing and closing of orders to stock.
  • Monitors inventory levels and usage of material to support replenishment of stock and control of inventory
  • Picks and packs all revenue shipments via ERP system, utilizes Fed Ex Power ship system or other carrier websites to ship product and ensures 100% on time delivery to customers.   
  • Processes all other non-revenue shipments using approved carriers to meet customer delivery requirements.  Coordinates internal deliveries to Redwood City facility and any supplier reusable packaging. 
  • Perform daily cycle counts and support any inventory review and root cause analysis
  • Perform all warehousing activities within a GMP production environment
  • Access production and inventory capacity to maximize operations and minimize footprint and costs
  • Prepare international shipments with export documentation and track/resolve all inbound issues 
  • Support packaging for FGI units utilizing manufacturing process instructions and tooling.
  • Load/unload and transport material between building sites, if necessary

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience

  • Preferred: Minimum of three years material control and shipping/receiving experience
  • ERP experience required; SAP preferred.
  • Proficient in inventory tracking and order fulfillment systems.
  • Demonstrate ability to exercise sound independent judgment with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills such as Outlook, Microsoft Word/Excel are required maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with those contacted during work.
  • Solid written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate and simplify problems of considerable scope and complexity into manageable tasks with measurable requirements.
  • An approachable individual who provides a high level of teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize projects and tasks.
  • Strong understanding of shipping and receiving, inventory management and dispensing of materials in a GMP regulated environment
  • Strong experience with the coordination and management of international shipments
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a regulated environment in compliance to ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.

Cloud Data Engineer- Contract- Jersey City, NJ or Remote

We are looking for a Cloud Data Engineer, who will be responsible to plan, design, develop and maintain the data architecture, data models, data pipelines and standards for various Data Integration & Data warehouse projects in cloud data warehouse. Ensure new features and subject areas are modelled to integrate with existing structures and provide a consistent view. Develop and maintain documentation of the data architecture, data flow and data models of the data warehouse appropriate for various audiences. Provide direction on adoption of Cloud technologies (Redshift, Postgres, Snowflake,) and industry best practices in the field of data warehouse architecture and modelling. Providing technical leadership to large enterprise scale projects.

This role requires a broad range of skills and the ability to step into different roles depending on the size and scope of the project.

 Responsibilities: –

  • Demonstrated ability to have successfully completed multiple, complex technical data engineering projects and create high-level design and architecture of the solution.
  • Able to present the solution architecture strategy and define value proposition to key stake holders.
  • Able to communicate the capabilities and improvements offered by solution architecture with both the development teams and business user teams.
  • Develop POC’s and conduct show and tell sessions.
  • Mentor development teams from traditional Data architecture path to advanced cloud warehouse technology platforms with CICD framework.
  • Design the Data replication systems and integration systems by evaluating various products and deciding on the better technology that meets the corporate objectives.
  • Perform Data Analysis, Data Modeling, Data Management, and Data lineage.
  • Design data security framework considering both internal and external sharing aspects.
  • Build and Automate data pipelines using an AWS Glue.
  • Query and Automate the data with AWS Athena using Python.
  • Design Data pipes and automate data ingestion and cleansing, transformation activities using the DevOps methodologies.
  • Design, build & deploy the AWS technologies such as EMR, EMR studio, AWS SageMaker to support the Business needs
  • Required Skills:-
  • Must have total 8+ yrs. of experience in IT and working as a Data Architect and 7+ years in Data warehouse, ETL, BI Projects.
  • Must have experience at least 4 End to End implementation of cloud data warehouse (Redshift, Postgres, or Snowflake).
  • Design and Develop ETL Processes in AWS Glue to migrate data from external sources like S3, ORC/Parquet/Text Files into AWS Redshift.
  • Hands-on experience with Postgres SQL, RedShift, Redshift spectrum, AWS Glue, Athena, Snowflake utilities, Snow SQL, Snow Pipe, AWS Lambda model techniques using Python.
  • Experience in Data Migration from RDBMS to Redshift/Snowflake cloud data warehouse.
  • Expertise in data modelling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, implementing complex stored Procedures and standard DWH and ETL/ELT concepts.
  • Expertise in advanced concepts like setting up resource monitors, Role-based access controls (RBAC), virtual warehouse sizing, query performance tuning, zero copy clone, time travel and understand how to use these features.
  • Expertise in deploying features such as data sharing, events, and lake-house patterns.
  • Deep understanding of relational as well as NoSQL data stores, Methods, and approaches (Star and Snowflake, Dimensional Modelling).
  • Experience with data security and data access controls and design.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure data storage and management technologies such as S3 and ADLS.
  • Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management.
  • Proficiency in RDBMS, complex SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, performance tuning and troubleshoot.
  • Provide resolution to an extensive range of complicated data pipeline related problems, proactively and as issues surface.
  • Must have expertise in AWS and Azure Platform as a Service (PAAS).

Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Investigates problems and performs system hardware, software, and communication connection repairs; identifies problems, troubleshoots information systems components and provides advice to users; identifies and reports systems security breaches.

QA Infrastructure Development Engineer- Mountain View-Contract 6 months+

Job Description:

Need a QA Test Infrastructure Development Engineer who has a solid hardware and software development testing background. Heavy focus is on Python, some C++ if you have Autonomy it is a huge plus but not a requirement. Should have Object Oriented Programing, Jenkins and Regression Testing. You will be testing the Robots, and they already have a design proposal and are ready to implement it, we have the required tools in place as well. You will be coming in do testing, debugging, and utilize the tools already available, you will advise them to revamp those using existing Framework which is a build in C++

Experience and Background:

  1. Knowledge in any or all of the following technologies:

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Completion of a certificate program or technical school in computer science or related field and two years, (full-time equivalent) paid related experience.

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related field

Experience: Three (3) years of progressively responsible directly related work experience.

License/Certification: None

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience working within a Desktop Support or IT Service Delivery function; skill to develop and expand customer focused technology solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of the fundamentals of network technology including, but not limited to, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LANs, WANs, NAT and wireless
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Mac and Mobile device (iOS, Android, Windows Mobile, etc) terminology
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving: ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
