Recruiting Coordinator-Contract-Bay Area-Hybrid Role


  • Coordinate and schedule all interviews from phone to virtual or onsite interviews. Own the entire coordination process.
  • Work in collaboration with all team members to ensure all interviews are running smoothly and solve any issues.
  • Ensure data integrity within our ATS (Lever) and maintain a clean candidate pipeline
  • Post and maintain all job postings in our ATS
  • Provide sourcing support for open roles as needed
  • Own job postings to external job boards


  • 2+ years of Recruiting Coordinator or equivalent experience in a fast-paced high-tech start-up.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Experience using Lever or other applicable systems
  • Clear communicator who is comfortable working with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
  • High EQ and ability to build relationships with a diverse workforce
  • Customer-service oriented mindset
  • Great sense of urgency and follow-through
