IT Jira Administrator

The Jira Administrator (Contract) position is part of the IT Applications team. This position is responsible for operational user support of JIRA and Confluence. Our growing user base will require ongoing assistance with reporting, workflow design, field creation, plugin management, general support and more.  

In this position, the contractor will be surrounded with exceptional peers and will be exposed to many challenging tasks with many opportunities to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize best practices 
• Subject Matter Expert on Jira and Confluence
• Working with clients on requests, workflow and process design, and general support
• Collaborate with IT Applications Administrators to ensure Jira and Confluence perform at their best

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Jira and Confluence for 5+ years 
• Able to lead meetings and manage user expectations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take ownership of an application and evangelize its proper use
• Passionate about software and service development

Pay Range-$55-64/hr.
