IT Support-Sacramento, Ca Contract to Hire

  • The individual would be working 35 hour/week and a 4-day work week (most likely Tuesday-Friday) in the office.

The Qualifications & Responsibilities include:

  • Working knowledge of computer systems, both physical and electronic security practices, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, phone systems, internet, e-mail, and cloud-based applications 
  • Skilled at applying HIPAA and other information privacy regulations 
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills 
  • Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize 
  • Provide day-to-day delivery and technical support for end-users of desktop applications, phone systems, telephones, handheld email devices, printers, and computer hardware 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network, e-mail, and workstation problems 
    Microsoft Active Directory Administration
  • Microsoft Office 365 Administration
  • RingCentral Administration
  • Provide technical support to the AAA4 Webmaster/Developer as needed 
    Install new programs and equipment  
  • Work with the Fiscal Team to update and maintain computer and other IT equipment inventory 
  • Remain updated on new developments in, and analyze reviews of, computing technologies

IT Support -Contract-Foster City, Ca

You will provide support for employee-facing technical services. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, managing escalations, and working closely with Client Service Engineers to improve our services.


  • Provide Tier 1/2 support for all end user technology services while in-person, or remote via Jira Service Desk and Slack. 
  • Deploy and maintain end user computers and peripherals.
  • Maintain conference rooms, printers, flex desks, vending machines, and other office equipment.
  • Create, manage, and troubleshoot accounts and access via Active Directory.
  • Assist Client Service Engineers with client-side projects to improve security, increase efficiency, or improve user experience. 
  • Travel may be required to support various locations within the Bay Area. 


  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar IT Support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace products, or similar platforms.
  • Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills (VPN, DHCP, DNS).
  • Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS troubleshooting experience preferred.
  • Experience with Jira / Confluence or similar ticketing and wiki services preferred.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills.

Pay Rate-$30-35/hr.
