Construction Project Manager-Contract up to 6 months, Austin, TX


Duties:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will join the Real Estate and Construction team to provide professional project management services to designated projects and assignments through personal interaction with contractors and internal stakeholders. This role will offer a range of administrative, managerial, and technical support functions for the engineering, design, construction, and renovation of all capital projects, management of functional design and construction projects, project scope, schedule, budget, reporting, implementation, and closeout of assigned projects in CA and Texas.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing architects, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders through; planning, design, construction, and commissioning in a manufacturing (or equivalent) environment.
• Understanding of building construction and sequencing with the ability to read and comprehend construction plans for content.
• Awareness of construction safety practices (OSHA) and ability to assess tasks/situations to determine what equipment is needed.
• Develop/communicate procedures necessary to accomplish a task while ensuring worker safety.
• Must be familiar with basic building code requirements.

Duties:
• Proactively maintain and improve the facilities and grounds according to OSHA and other state/local regulations.
• Manage and provide oversight for facility projects and contractors as needed, may include shutdown weekends, holiday periods, or outside of regular business hours.
• Work closely with the Product Team on important project dates, milestones, and initiatives.
• Ensure all operations are executed with the highest level of planning and safety to prevent injuries and downtime.
• Assist with inspection of construction and installation progress for conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Assist with maintenance schedules and evaluation of efficiency information.
• Take the lead on the design, implementation, and maintenance of all critical infrastructure equipment (power distribution, buildings, grounding, fire systems, generators, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems)
• Manage sustainability projects to improve efficiency and reduce operational expenses for utilities.
• Develops and ensures budgetary controls are in place for each project to monitor progress and budget effectively.
• Take an active role in the Business Continuity Plan for our facilities.

• Demonstrated technical understanding of the repair and maintenance of industrial utility systems, including water, electrical, and fire protection systems.

Developer Productivity Researcher-Remote-Contract

Our Full Cycle developers own all aspects of the software development lifecycle from
design through operations. The Developer Productivity organization provides tools and technology
used by our software developers. Developer Productivity needs a deeper understanding of its
customers (developers) so that we can better meet their needs. We are therefore interviewing
developers across our company to learn about engineering teams, roles, day-to-day workflows, pain
points, and suggestions for how Developer Productivity can improve. We want to learn about big
pain points and small paper cuts, how developers feel about their experience, and what would make
our company have the world’s best software development experience.
We are using our learnings to build Customer Problem Base for use in creating Developer
Productivity product strategy and roadmaps. We also use this interview data to create reports and
videos that we share with Developer Productivity engineering teams.
Interviews, project coordination, and research team meetings are conducted via Google Meet
during business hours, Pacific time (PDT). You will not be required to come into the office.
What You Will Do:
● Work with engineering managers to identify interview candidates, schedule interview
sessions, and handle pre- and post-interview communication.
● Take detailed notes during the interview and codify those into our Customer Problem Base in
Airtable.
● Manage interview artifacts (video files, Google documents).
● Conduct follow-up research with the interviewees or their teams to add clarity to our notes.
● Help us gain a deeper understanding of and empathy for our developers. Work with the
research team to brainstorm creative ways to share our learnings with the Developer
Productivity organization.
● Video, diagram, and document production to summarize our learnings.
● Create problem hypotheses based on our interview data.
We Are Looking For:
● Hands-on experience in product or user experience (UX) research.
● Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, full-stack software systems,
microservice architecture, and tooling used in the development, delivery, and operation of
software systems.
● Experience working within product management or software engineering.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You take real-time notes that capture the
nuances and feeling of what our developers are telling us. You can distill interview data and

Senior Android Engineer- Foster City, CA- Contract to Hire (Onsite, but remote until early next year)

Looking for an experienced Android specialist to lead the production and rollout of a custom
application on a custom Android AOSP device. This role has a number of responsibilities and atypical development and production needs making it a unique and fun opportunity. Eventually we will also kick start from scratch our Android app development and this role will allow us to actively participate in it as well.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and own the design and implementation of our user-facing applications on embedded Android consoles running on a customized version of AOSP.
  • You will be expected to set and implement current best practices in mobile development and collaborate with our talented design, product and engineering teams on identifying and solve how our users can access our services in the most efficient and intuitive manner.

Qualifications

  • BS / MS in Computer Science or similar degree with 4+ years of relevant experience

Infrastructure Python Development Engineer- Mountain View-Contract 6 months+

Job Description:

Need a QA Test Infrastructure Development Engineer who has a solid hardware and software development testing background. Heavy focus is on Python, some C++ if you have Autonomy it is a huge plus but not a requirement. Should have Object Oriented Programing, Jenkins and Regression Testing. You will be testing the Robots, and they already have a design proposal and are ready to implement it, we have the required tools in place as well. You will be coming in do testing, debugging, and utilize the tools already available, you will advise them to revamp those using existing Framework which is a build in C++
