System Administrator-DH-Fairfield, Ca

Ensures the stable operation of the in-house computer network and all connected PCs and peripherals, including planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links, virtualization implementation and deployment. Analyzes and resolves end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provides end user training where required. This role will be in a fast-paced environment and the candidate is expected to become self-sufficient within 3 months.
Acquisition & Deployment
  • Conducts Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Interact and negotiate with vendors, out-sourcers, and contractors to secure network products and services.
  • Research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.
  • Manage servers, including e-mail, print, internal services for source control, and issue tracking as well as maintain and verify backup servers/systems.
  • Manage security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems. Manage all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, and UPSs. Provide firsthand support, IT training, and troubleshooting to all office staff for IT matters 
  • Ensure network connectivity of all workstations.

Formal Education & Certification
  • College diploma or degree in the field of computer science or 8 years relevant work experience. 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable
  • Holds or is working towards Microsoft MCITP certification. Network+, Security+, Server+ certifications.
  • Working technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Windows 7 and higher , Windows 2008 Server and higher.
  • Strong knowledge in configuring of network storage devices using ISCSI interface. 
  • Experience in the management and configurations of Hyper-V or VMware 
  • Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards, including hardware

  • Deliver test design, test execution, test library maintenance, and test closure results through both manual and automated Grey-box test approaches
  • Develop test plans with a strategic selection of test methodologies, including but not limited to data validation, regression testing, integration testing, and performance/load testing
  • Partner with other developers in the creation of requirements so that they can be e?ectively tested
  • Responsible for adhering to department SLAs within project management (i.e. JIRA) and test related tools (i.e. TestRail)

Sr. Project Manager-Digital Online Banking – C to H- East Bay Area

Looking for a Sr. Project Manager-Digital Online Banking who will be responsible for leading project teams to deliver project(s) for Online Banking. Projects span across one or more business units. Managing resources, schedules, financials and adhere to stage gate quality and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. This also includes management of RFP, Vendor Management process, issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.

The Sr. Project Manager-Digital Online Banking has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.  The individual must be extremely adaptable, independent lead, and provide overall quality control to the project.  Experience in leading technology solutions is required with a firm understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies. The role collaborates to define scope, requirements, project governance, design, testing, timeline, adheres to company PMO standards. The role requires exceptional communication skills and an ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously

Minimum Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP Certification) preferred

  • 10 or more years of professional IT experience in large scale, distributed environment with hands on experience in multiple technologies
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver on complex technology projects

  • 4+ years’ experience in financial services
